I’m someone who is always hard on myself….just this drive for perfectionism but I’m trying to move away from this as it’s too much hard work.
Sometimes I feel that because I am quiet then I have to work harder to prove my worth. Not sure why this is the case.
I think in this loud world that seems to value the loudness rather than the quietness, kind of trusting myself more has been a step forward.
I’m in the process of creating processes etc to help me...and from that had the idea that I can offer things to others to help them
I’ve created a free 7 day journal called Confidence, Quietly which is a nice starting point that I worked my way through. Please find more details here:
If this resonates, I invite you to try The Quiet Swan which is a gentle 3 part course that helps you untangle your inner harshness.
Inside, you’ll get:
Gentle guided journaling
A self-worth audit
Tools to rewrite your inner script
Simple rituals
Printable art to remind you of your strength
I’d be really interested to hear how you get on.
